A note from Christine - before the year closes
This time of year has a way of whispering (or shouting):
Did you do enough?
Did you become who you were supposed to become?
Did you finish strong?
What I’ve come to know is that life doesn’t require you to have it all neatly wrapped up before December 31st. Growth does not need a highlight reel and you don’t owe anyone a “strong finish” to be worthy of rest.
Not everything asks to be pushed forward. Some moments ask to be met. Expansion isn’t always about doing more. It’s about listening. Tuning in. Consciously choosing.
All of it counts.
As this year closes, instead of asking a version of, “What did I accomplish?”, or “What can I do better?”, consider these questions:
What became easier this year?
What no longer feels like a fight?
Where did I soften instead of push?
What would I notice if I acknowledged how I feel — without making it wrong — and then consciously chose how I want to feel?
That’s real evolution.
Notice what you feel. Allow it without judgment. Use it as information. Orient intentionally toward a desired state.
No suppression. No wallowing. No bypassing.
This is emotional mastery in motion, not emotional freedom-without-responsibility.
I wish you a season that lets you breathe, and a new year that doesn’t demand you become someone else—only more fully yourself. No resolutions required. No reinvention needed.
